The 3 Rivers Venture Fair Exhibit Showcase will take place in The Lexus Club at PNC Park, located near the General Robinson Street entrance. Please keep in mind that giveaways, an attractive exhibit and professionalism can help ensure a positive networking experience."

• Schedule:  The Exhibit Showcase will be open on September 21st from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and on September 22nd from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Exhibit Set-up Time:  Wednesday, September 21st from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Your exhibit must be ready by 3:00 p.m., as the fair patrons will be arriving by 3:30 p.m.
• Tear-down Time:  Table displays MUST NOT be dismantled until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 22nd. It is very important that everyone adheres to the tear-down time as other companies will still be presenting.
• Exhibit Space:  We have contracted APA Exposition Services to serve as our tradeshow designer and coordinator. They can be reached at 412-681-3110 or info@apaexpo.com.

• Registration: As soon as possible, please check in at the Fair registration desk for your nametags and any other information. Registration will be open at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 21st, and is located in The Lexus Club near the W. General Robinson Street entrance.
• Materials: If you are planning on distributing any premiums or literature at your table, keep in mind that we are anticipating an audience of more than 550. Please plan accordingly.

• One 6' skirted table
• Two folding chairs

• No Booths
• No Floor Items (Easels/Signs)
• No Banners
• No Signage over 2 feet high
• No Displays

• Fair Admittances: You are allowed two (2) free admittances (one has to be the presenter). If you have more that 2 Fair attendees or need to switch staffing during the event, you will have to pay $300 for each additional attendee. Ticket splitting is not permitted.
• Staffing your table: Please keep your table staffed at all times so that investors who would like more information about your company can talk to you and/or your staff.
